A decade of Hammers & Ales: Join the Celebration, September 12th!
Ten years strong! Richmond, get ready to celebrate a decade of unity and impact at Hammers & Ales.
For the past ten years, our city has come together, project after project, to build more than just furniture – we've built connections and a stronger community, year after year.
This isn't just team building; it's a chance to be part of something truly special. With expert guidance from ToolBank, your team will hand-build outdoor furniture – think picnic tables perfect for gatherings and park benches for moments of community. We provide everything: the materials, the tools, and the know-how.
Be part of the energy, the impact, the celebration that is Hammers & Ales in 2025. Let's raise a glass (and maybe a hammer!) to building a stronger Richmond, together. We'll see at our warehouse on Friday, September 12th, from 1 to 5 PM.

About ToolBank's Hammers & Ales
This unique give-back experience revolves around teams coming together to hand-build outdoor furniture, selecting from either picnic tables or park benches. ToolBank provides all the necessary materials, tools, and expert guidance.
The tangible results? We donated hundreds of pieces to local nonprofits built by YOU. In 2023 & 2024 we donated 48 hand-built pieces to Capital Region Land Conservancy, Dorey Park Farmers Market, and Good Neighbor Village, plus 45 pieces of outdoor furniture, including park benches, picnic tables, and dog houses to Ring Dog Rescue and James River Park.
A few hours spent using power tools and bonding with your crew transforms into a lasting impact within your community for current and future generations to enjoy.
But it's not just about the tools and building materials. Hammers & Ales is celebration featuring local craft beverages, food trucks, and tool-themed games. Come be apart of something bigger in 2025 - impact your community with one swing of the hammer at a time.
And that's a wrap!
Cheers to a successful Hammers & Ales 2024
