How It Works: Furniture Donation Requests
Our outdoor furniture is hand-built by incredible volunteer groups. Because it relies on these builds, the matchmaking process is a bit unique.

Fill out our form and select which items your organization is interested in.
The Matchmaking Process
When a volunteer group signs up for a furniture build, they have a choice; some groups choose a specific beneficiary they are passionate about supporting, while others ask us to find a match. If they don't have a preference, we pull from our active request forms to match their build with your organization.
Please note: Average matches take at minimum a month to fill.
Confirmation & Scheduling
Fill out our online request form to let us know what kind of outdoor furniture your organization needs.
Once a group builds your furniture, we will notify you! You will receive a link to schedule a specific pickup time. Our pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pickup Requirements
Our volunteer-built furniture is constructed from solid wood, making it beautiful, durable, and heavy. To ensure a smooth, safe pickup, please be prepared upon scheduled arrival to bring enough staff or volunteers to fully lift, carry, and load the furniture into your vehicle.
*While ToolBank staff are occasionally available to lend a hand, we cannot guarantee loading assistance*
It is also best to be prepared with the right vehicle size, as we unable to deliver furniture.
Standard cars, small SUVs, or sedans will not fit these pieces.
