Absolutely! We are so appreciative of your donation that will support our tool & equipment lending programs, as well as our tool training programs. Donate here!
I’m interested in borrowing tools as an individual
We are currently in the process of launching an individual lending program. To stay up to date with our individual lending program and our ToolBox program you can sign up for our newsletter.
I belong to an existing Community Based Organization that is already a member with ToolBank, how do I join their account?
In order to be added to an existing account you’ll want to reach out to the Executive Contact on the account. They have the ability to add new members and update member contact information. If you’re unsure of who the Executive Contact on the account is please reach out to borrowtools@richmondtoolbank.org and we’d be happy to help.
What tools are available to borrow?
You can view our inventory here.
Once I’ve placed my tool order how do I receive it?
- You can pick it up in person at our warehouse at 1407 Cummings Dr Richmond VA, 23220. In order to pick up your order please schedule your pick up and return here.
- You can pick up your order from our SouthSide Tool Hub at 4825 Old Warwick Rd, Richmond, VA 23224.
- You can order delivery through our partnership with Smartbox.
