Status Update: 2023 Annual Fund Campaign
Together, we've raised $7,701 for Richmond's #ToolsForChange

It's me, Jamie (again), and I am the Mission Advancement Manager. A large part of my job is fundraising and stewardship, and I've been incredibly thankful for the donations that have been rolling in since we launched our Annual Fund Campaign on September 1st at Starr Hill Beer Hall & Rooftop. During our kick off event, we saw some familiar and new faces during our patio hang, and enjoyed some refreshing brews as the sunset over Richmond.
We hope to see you during our month long celebration of community, and change-making. For every pint of LOVE sold in September, $1.00 goes directly to our Annual Fund Campaign. Money raised during this campaign fuels our Tools For Change mission.
If you know about this program, scroll on down - if you are new; welcome + here’s what the Richmond ToolBank is all about. Our mission is clear: providing access to quality tools and skills. Our 10,000 sq ft warehouse empowers member agencies, fostering thriving communities.
We believe that:
- Everyone deserves access to quality tools and skills.
- Communities thrive when people come together.
- Healthy and vibrant public spaces do a world of good for the community.
We're aiming to raise $15,000 from individual donors this year. With your support, we're already raised $7,701.44. Your enjoyment at Starr Hill's Love-filled events will help us bridge the gap. The ToolBank crew will be on deck for Homegrown Trivia on Monday, September 25th from 7 - 9 PM. Test your wits while sipping on some LOVE.
Can't Make it? No Problem! There are other ways to contribute:
- Volunteer: Join us every WED (9 AM - 12 PM) & THURS (4:30 PM - 7:00 PM).
- Spread the Word: Share our mission with friends & family to create a ripple of support.
- Make a Donation: Fuel positive change in our community, any amount matters.
- Corporate Matching: Double your impact - inquire about donation matching with your employer.
Signing off to go sip on a pint of LOVE over at Starr Hill while enjoying the cooler temps (hope to see you there too),
Jamie
